01. Pre - Concept Design & Moodboards

In the first phase, we outline the project brief, including the design goals, budget considerations, and timeline, to ensure a clear understanding of the client’s vision and objectives. We then develop mood boards that capture various design concepts, colour palettes, and styles for consideration. This allows us to present a range of aesthetic options. Finally, we gather feedback from the client to refine the mood boards, ensuring they accurately reflect the desired design direction and objectives.

02. Site Visit / Measure, Existing & Proposed Designs

In the second phase, we begin by measuring and photographing or videotaping the existing rooms. These measurements are then used to create scaled architectural plan views of the current space. We present proposed concepts, including detailed architectural floorplans, and allow for up to two revisions to refine the design.

Additionally, we arrange a day for you to view and select fixtures and fittings with our interior designer, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

03. Selections: Fixtures & Fittings

Collaborating with our interior designers, we will guide you through store-to-store visits to choose finishes, bathroom and kitchen fittings, tiles, cabinetry finishes, flooring, curtains, paint colours, and more. Our hands-on approach ensures that each selection harmonises with your overall design vision.

04. Present Project Proposal

We present a comprehensive project proposal and quote, which includes a detailed breakdown of costs, encompassing labour, sundries for each area, and prime costs based on the selected options. Once all selections are finalised, we draft a schedule of fixtures, fittings, and equipment based on the final concept design, providing you with a clear and comprehensive understanding of the project.
