Renovation of original 90s apartment.

What was it?
This was a full apartment renovation of an original 90s build with dated laundry, and leaking bathroom.

Client wanted a minimal design which incorporate solid timber features with encaustic floor tiles.

Outcome
Modernised this dated apartment with the inclusion of encaustic tiling, solid blackbutt, and matte black fixtures. The laundry houses a washer dryer combo to maximise usable space.
